At the Cunningham Lopez realizes that Americans purchase and use thousands of products throughout their lives. While a majority of these products are harmless and work as they are supposed to, there are far too many that do not, causing innocent consumers serious harm and loss as a result. It is the responsibility of the parties that create, design, manufacture, and sell these products to ensure they are safe for consumers and will not unreasonably put them in danger.
