Joel Serrano, Paralegal
Background: Joel obtained his B.A. from Dominican University and also earned a paralegal certificate from MacCormac College. Joel spent many years as a paralegal at a large immigration firm, and prior to that worked at one of Chicago’s family law firms. Joel also has experience as a legal assistant for personal injury law.
For fun: In his spare time, Joel enjoys going to Cubs games, spending time with his family, and attending concerts.
Jennifer Fragoso, Paralegal
Background: Jennifer graduated with a B.A. from Robert Morris University. Prior to joining Cunningham Lopez, Jennifer gained experience as a law clerk at a financial investment law firm. While in school, Jennifer was an intern for the Illinois Board of Education.
For fun: When not at work, Jennifer spends her time watching nature documentaries, playing with her nieces and nephews, and planning date nights with her husband.
Miriam Bolivar, Billing & Intake Manager
Background: Prior to joining Cunningham Lopez, Miriam provided litigation support at a legal services outsourcing firm. Miriam gained experience as legal assistant at an immigration law firm and also worked as an office administrator at a plaintiff’s firm.
For fun: Miriam enjoys taking her dogs for rides along Lake Shore Drive, enjoying views of Lake Michigan, and helping those in need through charity work.
Melissa Molina, Legal Administrator
Background: Melissa holds a paralegal certificate from DePaul University, as well as an associates degree from the International Academy of Design and Technology. Melissa has extensive experience working as a legal assistant and legal receptionist at various firms throughout Chicagoland.
For fun: In her spare time, Melissa enjoys working out, volunteering with community organizations, and spending time with her family.
